I've been trying for a while to find out when the Xros Pro Pod system will be in stock and no one has ever responded back to me. I've sent emails and still, no answer.

Not contacted by company as of yet 2 days later after filling complaint
I have a problem with one of the SkyView Geek Bar 25000 puff vapes. I bought this 9 days ago.
Should have lasted me 6 weeks at Least. Now on 1% juice already (Blue Razz Ice) Can they kindly replace this unit?
I don't know what to do. I'd like to purchase geek bar again but am Leary it may not be Only this one unit and I already paid $30 this time.
Tried a Customer Service phone number and got a Fax machine

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The items arrived today -32 days later- and due to human error the package was never entered in the tracking system.I have sent information to the bank to cancel charge back.I still have a problem with never receiving an answer to all my contact attempts.
I never received an answer why my order was not shipped. I went to the bank and have asked for a charge back since I was charged the day I placed the order 7/26/2024 and USPS shipping label created 7/29/2024 stating waiting for item..Status has not changed as of 8/22/2024.Have not heard from bank as of yet
Placed order July 26th. Credit card charge on 27th.
Tracking number on 29th and it waiting for item and has not changed.
Absolutely no way to get in contact.
Phone number goes to fax. Email not answered.
I'm cancelling payment with the bank tomorrow

I emailed customer service several times and never got a reply. There is no phone number to call them and even if there was, it probably would not work.
I paid hundreds of dollars for my order. I got two vapes that are a new model.
I opened one and it is defective. Don't buy from this company.

Ordered dozens of times and never had a single issue. They carry some premium juices hard to find elsewhere and I splurge from time to time, I get most of my juice elsewhere.
They carry what I need for coils and other things and I would definitely recommend them. I order every couple months.

If anyone wants to solve a problem, I guess I need to fax you. There's no human being that will talk to you.So I guess you don't worry about Your Sales.
Do not buy anything from this company. Because if you need to make a return or get help making an order, you never get it.
