Preferred solution: The delivery address changed to the Valley street address I didn't know it was going to be coming so quick and I'm not at my new address yet

Not happy

Every single time I go on line I have to enter my information at least 4 times! I am a long standing customer who has chosen not to register every time I go in. Even going in as a new customer you wont process my order until I enter my log-in address and password. I want to go in each and every single time without an email address and password. I bought a lot of vape supplies from MVP without any problems. The a couple of m9nth ago I bought batteries, one was dead , I contacted the store and they told me I should send it back and the would give me a return number. I never heard back. In January I ordered pods, they said the pods shipped and gave me a tracking number, the items never shipped according to the postal service and their contact phone number is a fax number. Lousy customer service, will.not buy from them again

Invalid repetitive order

I was trying to place an order last night and your website continued to Indicate that I needed to correct my zip code. I went through my order several times to correct this. I shut off my device. I started the order over etc. after trying to do this I thought to check my credit card. When I did it showed that six orders were placed. I dont want six orders. I wanted one order.
